100% of all donations go to Partners In Health (PIH).

On page 38 of their 2009 Annual Report, 38% of all revenue went to Haiti, which was #1 in their list of targets. Only 6.4% went to non-charitable causes, which includes administrative overhead.

about

On Tuesday 12th of January, 2010, an earthquake struck the Caribbean nation of Haiti. It was the worst in two centuries, and thousands have died so far.

We are a group of friends and colleagues who are sharing with you our music and lyrics in response to this disaster. Haiti.bandcamp.com is a container for our efforts, and, following the steps of the rebuilding of the nation itself, will be a work in progress, a place to return to as new pieces get composed and uploaded.

We mourn victims, encourage survivors, learn from this crisis, and honour all who are helping. You are probably already donating or contributing, so this work is also a tribute to you, an ongoing gift of respect for what you are doing.

So, as you listen to these tunes, remember you may also download them at various qualities and sizes. You may choose to donate something here and it will go directly to supporting Haiti’s rebuilding and relief. You may choose also to donate further elsewhere. Either way, we thank you, and hope you enjoy what we are about to present.

Best wishes from all of us at Haiti.Bandcamp.Com
